2019 Venue Hire Fees Located on vibrant St Kilda Road just a stones throw from the CBD, our venue is the perfect space to hold your next function, meeting, conference or training session. We’re situated in Fawkner Towers at 431 St Kilda Road. Our venue is available for hire from 8.00am – 12.00am 7 days a week.

Our Location

The NMC is conveniently located close to trams running along St Kilda and Toorak Rd, a diverse range of eateries – some offering catering services – and beautiful Fawkner Park. Parking is available on Slater Street, St Kilda Road, and in neighboring buildings.

Our multi-purpose function room can be easily configured to suit your particular requirements and numbers, and can accommodate over 100 seated guests. If required, food can be prepared in our spacious and well-equipped kitchen attached to the function room.
